Oorupaatu Illai Uyirkku

With fasting adjusted food right Cures ills of life and makes you bright

மாறுபாடில்லாதா உணவை அளவு மீறாமல் மறுத்து அளவோடு உண்டால், உயிர் உடம்பில் வாழ்வதற்கு இடையூறான நோய் இல்லை.
