மற்றவனைப் பற்றிப் புறங்கூறுகின்றவன், அவனுடைய பழிகள் பலவற்றிலும் நோகத்தக்கவை ஆராய்ந்து கூறிப் பிறரால் பழிக்கப்படுவான்.
