அரசருடையக் குறிப்பை அறிந்து தக்கக் காலத்தை எதிர்நோக்கி, வெறுப்பில்லாதவற்றையும் விருப்பமானவற்றையும் அவர் விரும்புமாறுச் சொல்ல வேண்டும்.
